This double-decker carousel for a municipal project was ordered by a Russian park operator who already runs his own site. The order value was USD 98,500, and the ride had to be ready for a city opening rather than a park season.
Because the buyer was not new to the ride, the conversation skipped the basics. What mattered was the platform height, the drive type and the date.
Why a two-level carousel works on a fixed city plot

Finish and lighting were chosen for a municipal setting: a classic horse carousel look rather than a character theme, with the fence and lighting in the same package.
Shipping a double decker carousel to Russia
The order moved in three 40HQ containers at about 21 tonnes. On a Russian project two dates decide the schedule: the port closing for the winter and the ground freezing under the foundation.
Both were fixed before production started. Production runs about 35 days, so a spring opening means placing the order in the previous autumn.
