Those are factory prices. Freight, foundation and local works sit outside them, and they can add a noticeable share on a small coaster, because the steel base is a real construction job.
What changes the price of a roller coaster
Track length and height
Track is quoted by the metre and by the section. А 180 m mouse uses 180 m of track at 7 m high; the family coaster runs 266 m at 9.3 м, which needs more steel, more supports and a longer lift.
Number of cars or trains
The mouse coasters run four or five spinning cars. The family coaster carries 16 passengers in one train of four rows. More vehicles mean more wheels, more braking and more spares.
Power and control
