The ride is a familiar one in the region: compact aircraft on arms, each with a stick the rider uses to climb or drop. It is the ride children ask for twice.

What a self-control aircraft adds to a family park

Most family rides move the visitor. This one hands over control, which is why it holds a queue of children who want a second turn.

It also fills a gap in the line-up between a carousel and a flying chair: more movement than a carousel, less height than a swing ride.

The ride carries a full ring of aircraft around a central column, with each arm lifting independently. The footprint, the installed power and the passenger count are confirmed per configuration, because the number of arms changes all three.
