Professionelles Schweißen
Welding is graded by professional certificate, so the load-bearing joints are welded by the certified team.
Sandstrahlen
Two sandblasting rooms prepare the steel, which is what makes the coating hold and resist corrosion.
Gebackene Farbe
Two baking-paint rooms run a multi-layer paint process, which keeps the colour longer outdoors.
Eigenes FRP
FRP shapes are moulded in-house from fiberglass and resin, so the themed parts match the design instead of being bought in loosely.
Pre-Delivery Testing
Every ride is assembled and run at the factory before packing, so problems are found here rather than on your site.
